Carrboro Coffee Roasters is honored to have one of its flagship shops, Open Eye Cafe, recognized for 15 years of service with Restaurants Sharing V & V Percent!

Every year, participating Chapel Hill and Carrboro restaurants donate 10% of their profits on RSVVP Day to the Inter-Faith Council for Social Services’ FoodFirst hunger relief program, helping to sustain the IFC community kitchen and emergency food pantry.

Carrboro Coffee President Scott Conary said Open Eye takes part in the event in order to be a positive reflection of the Chapel Hill/Carrboro community.

“When we have the opportunity to sponsor or donate to a program we do,” Conary told the Daily Tar Heel.

Last year, we collectively raised more than $20,000 for hunger relief in our community. Help us raise even more this year by stopping by Open Eye and dining out at a participating restaurant on Nov. 11!
