Created as a tribute to the amazing sunsets found at our western facing Roastery, this blend of our Zero Defect Ethiopia Yirgacheffe (YergZ), and the delightfully unique Sumatra Royal Badger; merges of the best of both coffees. The citrus from the YergZ is transformed into a smooth cherry acidity and the baking spice from the Sumatra balances it out, combining to bring a syrupy molasses sweetness in the body.
