I got to try this coffee many times while judging the Cup of Excellence. It consistently showed the hard work farmer Jose Agustin has put into his land for the past 50+ years. The coffee is planted between 18 varietals of shade trees, showing an effort to maintain a natural agricultural method and wildlife diversity. This results in a cup that shines with orange peep citrus and bakers chocolate body, with a balanced sweet & spicy finish.
