I first worked with Tomas Sosa in 2007 and grew a relationship with he and his family that lasted 10 years. At his passing in 2017,we are proud to continue this relationship with the Sosa family, led by his son Yovani. Yovani, as a 3rd generation producer, is continuing the farming tradition in the Comayagua region of Honduras that led to this award winning coffee having orange & floral aroma, with subtle apricot acidity & a wonderful lingering caramel sweetness.
