In 2017 we purchased La Cuesta as a Mexico Cup of Excellence National Award Winner. We were so impressed we knew we wanted to follow up with producer Francisco Caraza to talk about how we can continue to work together! For over 200 years the Caraza family has grown coffee and sugar cane along the slopes of Sierra Madre Oriental mountains. Their experience and attention to detail at all steps of their in-house process shows in a consistent and delightful cup. Featuring a mouthwatering juicy citrus, with notes of brown sugar and balanced with a coca nib finish.
