I had the fortune to meet with Andrea Cadavid in Carrboro as she attended UNC, which allowed us to start a conversation that I often have to travel thousands of miles to start! Andrea’s family has 3 farms in the town of Titiribi, Colombia where they are active in supporting the community they work within. Their conservation and farming efforts have produced this delicious coffee that has flavors of golden raisin & juicy tropical fruits with a syrupy body.
