
This coffee represents a different farm in the La Palma region of El Salvador, Nacho has been cultivating and a different process of the El Barrancon varietal we have been partnering with him on for years. It is fun to compare between the 2 coffees to show the power of process and it’s influence on flavor! This coffee is lush and smooth with vibrant tropical fruits, nougat and creamy caramel sweetness.
