In 2009 we hosted Nancy at the Roastery to train as a barista and roaster so she could open her own shop in Marcala. Now we are able to share the harvest from her small, carefully cultivated farm! Finca Jazmin is a 4 acre farm that rewards us with two distinct varietals. We have separated the Catuai in this offering to highlight it’s distinct starfruit acidity, balanced with floral aroma, a silky texture and lingering honey sweetness.
