The UNC Sustainability Office created a Farm to Fork Event on April 19th to generate learning about the local food movement in NC. UNC asked experts in these roles, such as Carrboro Coffee Roasters to demonstrate and provide samples of their products, and to further educate thru discussions about local, sustainable foods.
